Nick Tobier offers some advice for students traveling to unfamiliar countries, based on his own experience. Language differences are one thing, but have you also considered how you'll pay for things? Tobier is an associate professor in the Stamps School of Art & Design at the University of Michigan. He gave this presentation to students participating in the Global Information Engagement Program at the School of Information as they prepared to leave for India.
